I just turned 11 years old on August 26. I’m a curious learner who loves exploring new things, especially in science and technology. I really enjoy studying, playing video games, and spending time with my amazing family and friends.I recently started my own YouTube channel, where I’m excited to share my ideas and interests. My favorite movie is Harry Potter—I love the magic, adventure, and imagination in it.Learning new things, having fun with friends, and being creative are what make me happiest.

Travel Diaries - Loch Ness, Scotland

I recently visited Loch Ness, a deep and mysterious lake located in Scotland, it is home to one of the most famous and well-known monsters of all time, Nessie. According to local legends, people have claimed to see Nessie for hundreds of years, describing a large, long-necked creature rising from the dark water. One of the earliest stories comes from the 6th century, A biography written in the 6th century describes a man named Saint Columba. According to the story a man was attacked and killed by a dangerous water beast while swimming in the loch, and Saint Columba later confronted the creature and drove it away, multiple times using the power of God. Over time, there have been many recorded sightings, multiple photographs and reports that have kept this centuries old legend alive. However, despite all the stories and proof, nobody has been able to scientifically confirm that Nessie is real, which makes Nessie just a legend and not historical proof, but its also one of the main reasons Loch Ness is so fascinating.

Travel Diaries - Harry Potter

The magical world of Harry potter originates from Victoria Street, Eddinburgh. The Harry Potter franchise revolves around one character, you guessed it: Harry Potter, but do you know how his life became one of the most sucessful T.V. Series in the world? Well, you’re about to find out! The iconic Diagon alley is inspired by the colourful shops located all across Victoria Street settled in twisting pathways that seem to stretch endlessly, the characters names are inspired by names of people in a graveyard across Victoria Street; and did you know that J.K. Rowling started writing this amazing series in a café, also located in, Victoria Street! She wrote for full hours and had outlines for every seven parts of the storyline, but as she went on to write the other parts she moulded the outline better until it became the series of books that we have all known to love; the café was so overjoyed that they revolved their whole brand in selling the mystical butterbeer from the Harry Potter world. The series of books were so loved that most people in the cast of the movie only auditioned beacuse they loved the books so much and wanted to be a part of this world, and now Harry potter has grown so big that there are whole theme parks, streets, and a new series all about it!

Places I’ve visited:

Starting out from one of my favorite places in the world, New York City, which brings us to the USA, I’ve also explored Asheville, Ohio, Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Each city with its own vibe and adventures waiting around every corner. Across the pond, I’ve fallen in love with the charm of the United Kingdom and Scotland, especially Edinburgh and London. Born and raised in Singapore, I’ve spent countless vacations hopping around Southeast Asia, discovering the energy and flavors of Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam. Last but not least, I’ve visited India multiple times being Indian, going home is always a ritual and a joy while the UAE is home now, a place I’ve grown to love and know like no other.

Harry Potter and me

When I watch Harry Potter, I sometimes feel we’re not so different. Like him, I can be a little introverted, but I’m also curious, thoughtful, and always asking questions about the world around me. I love to think outside the box, and I try to understand people with empathy and kindness.Of course, not everything matches—Harry is busy fighting Voldemort while I’m busy fighting my hunger! 😋 I’m a total foodie, and my idea of magic is when my favorite dish appears on the table.The biggest difference is that Harry longed for love, while I’m blessed with it every day—from my parents, my little sister”, and my amazing grandparents. That’s why I sometimes feel like I already live in my own version of Hogwarts—filled with love, laughter, and a little bit of everyday magic. 🪄💖
